If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of purchase, reach out to us at hello@nerdbeardsupply.com, and we'll work with you to find the right solution.

And here's the great part: we don't require you to ship anything back. No return label. No trip to the post office. No hassle. Just contact us and we'll take care of it from there.

Damages and Other Issues: If your bottle arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, please send us a photo at hello@nerdbeardsupply.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll get a replacement out to you right away.

A note on refunds:
Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically process within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
