How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. We currently ship within the United States.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $40. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
What is beard oil and how do I use it?
"Beard oil" is actually a misnomer. It's a liquid conditioner made for the skin under your beard, and not your beard itself (although it has healthy benefits for your beard hair as well).
To use: apply a dime to quarter size amount of beard oil to your palm (3-7 drops or so), rub your hands together, then massage into the skin under your beard. You can then use a beard comb or brush to distribute the oil evenly to your skin and beard. Regular use (we suggest daily) will help keep your skin and beard hydrated and soft.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Nerd Beard products. Every bottle is handcrafted in small batches with high-quality, all-natural ingredients — and we stand behind every single one.
If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of purchase, reach out to us at hello@nerdbeardsupply.com and we'll make it right. Whether that's an exchange, store credit, or a full refund — we've got you.
And here's the great part: we don't require you to ship anything back. No return label. No trip to the post office. No hassle. Just contact us and we'll take care of it from there.
If your order arrives damaged: If your bottle arrives damaged or defective, please send us a photo at hello@nerdbeardsupply.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll get a replacement out to you right away.
A note on refunds: Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically process within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Are your products all-natural?
Yes, all our beard care products are made with premium natural ingredients. We use carrier oils like jojoba, and argan, combined with essential oils for scent. Our products are free from parabens, sulfates, and synthetic fragrances.
Can I use beard products if I have sensitive skin?
Absolutely! Our products are formulated with natural ingredients that are gentle on sensitive skin. We recommend starting with our unscented line if you have particularly sensitive skin. Always patch test new products on a small area before full application.
Where are your products manufactured?
We get all of our ingredients from the highest quality sources here in the United States. We make each product by hand in Anderson, SC.
